City game with traffic from Feb 2025

Controls
WASD: Move camera
Mousewheel: Zoom
F: Draw car path reservations
T: Destroy all cars
Space: Pause

Features:
Traffic with A* pathfinding and intersection collision avoidance.
Previous build had system for shop with building types that do things when cars reach them. Not used in published build. These just generate cars with paths to another building.
'3D' cars are 2D sprites generated for every angle
